...FLOOD WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT THROUGH WEDNESDAY MORNING...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
possible.

* WHERE...Portions of Arkansas, including the following counties,
Benton, Carroll, Crawford, Franklin, Madison, Sebastian and
Washington and Oklahoma, including the following counties, Adair,
Cherokee, Craig, Delaware, Haskell, Le Flore, Mayes, McIntosh,
Muskogee, Nowata, Okfuskee, Okmulgee, Ottawa, Rogers, Sequoyah,
Tulsa and Wagoner.

* WHEN...Through Wednesday morning.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- Multiple rounds of showers and thunderstorms are expected
through Wednesday morning across northeast Oklahoma,
northwest Arkansas, and west central Arkansas. This may lead
to storm total rainfall amounts of up to 3 inches, with
locally higher amounts of 6 inches possible in the watch
area.
